We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. Delivery availability will be confirmed automatically at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take longer, but we will notify you of any delays.

3. Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer free shipping for all UK orders.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Handling time: 1 to 2 working days
  • Transit Time: 6 to 8 working days
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Order cut off time: 11 PM (GMT)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays or public holidays.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package and estimated delivery date.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

7. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or being unclaimed, it may be returned to us. We will contact you and arrange reshipment if needed. Additional shipping fees may not apply.
