At Halvine, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and transparent as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered within the United Kingdom.
We currently offer delivery exclusively within the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Where our items are shipped from
Halvine partners with overseas fulfilment centres to provide a focused product range at accessible prices. Each order is dispatched from our fulfilment partner and delivered to your UK address by a UK-based carrier for the final mile. All import duties, taxes and customs charges are fully covered by Halvine — you will never be asked to pay any additional fees on delivery.
Delivery timeframes
- Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day, which may extend delivery by one additional day.
- Processing & dispatch time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) from our fulfilment partner.
- Shipping transit time to the UK: 6 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Total estimated delivery time: 7 to 13 business days from the date of order.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
UK final-mile carriers
Once your parcel arrives in the United Kingdom, it is handed over to one of our trusted UK delivery partners for final delivery to your address, including:
- Royal Mail
- DPD
- Evri
The selected carrier may vary depending on your location and order details.
Shipping costs
Free Shipping: All orders are shipped free of charge within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum purchase requirement, and no additional duties, taxes or customs charges will be applied at delivery.
Delivery issues
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, lost, or arrives with any issues, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. In the event of a confirmed lost parcel, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your shipment from our fulfilment partner all the way to your UK address via our Track My Order page.
